We record the device and storage details. You tell us whether your data is already backed up, no longer required, or needs a separate preservation service. Nothing destructive starts until erasure is expressly authorised.
Erasure as a Service & Return
Securely erase it. Verify it. Get the certificate.
For customer-owned HDDs, SSDs, PCs and laptops that you want securely erased and returned to you. Erasure & Return is not a trade-in or disposal service: ownership remains with you.

Erase & verify
We perform the agreed sanitisation using the appropriate supported method for the media, then record the result. If the erase cannot be verified, we do not issue a successful-erasure certificate.

Certificate & return
The completed certificate is retained in BearOS for your records and the equipment is returned. Unless separately agreed, the previous data and operating system are not restored.

Backups are not automatic. If you need data kept before erasure, tell us before authorising the wipe. Data preservation is a separate agreed service.
