Who is responsible
MRBEAR LTD operates MrBearIT and BearOS.
BearOS records
BearOS may hold support tickets, appointments, authorised work, visit reports, equipment records, invoices, payment status and communications preferences.
Equipment and photographs
During a home visit we may record relevant equipment specifications and support photographs. These are kept for support records and are not used for marketing or upselling without separate agreement.
Service providers
FreeScout is used for support tickets, ERPNext for accounting and subscription records, Stripe for card payments and GoCardless for Direct Debit.
Marketing
Marketing preferences are separate from essential service, payment, security and contract communications. Marketing can be turned off in BearOS at any time.
