Direct Debit
GoCardless monthly Direct Debit. The 1st is the default preferred date, or choose another preferred day from 1–28 in BearOS.
Any initial minimum term is shown clearly before you subscribe.
What BearCare does not mean
- It is not unlimited on-site labour.
- Parts, hardware, software licences and third-party charges are not included unless specifically stated.
- It is not an emergency-response guarantee.
- It does not guarantee that every fault is remotely fixable.
- A live Direct Debit mandate on its own does not keep member discounts active after the BearCare subscription ends.
Fair billing
If a BearCare Direct Debit fails, BearOS can flag the payment, email you and show whether a retry is scheduled. A short payment-grace period can apply before benefits are suspended.
Approved one-off work is invoiced separately unless we have explicitly agreed another billing arrangement. It does not permanently change the normal BearCare monthly plan price.
