Erasure & Return is not a disposal or trade-in service. You keep ownership of the equipment. We record the device/storage details, confirm whether any data must be preserved, obtain irreversible-erasure authorisation, perform and verify the agreed sanitisation, retain the job audit trail in BearOS and return the equipment with the erasure certificate.
