Prices are confirmed before work starts. The standard £60 home visit covers local travel and up to the first hour. Parts, software, specialist recovery and any chargeable extended travel are agreed before we proceed.

Travel to your home
Included: the first 10 road miles each way from our normal Newport / NP10 service base.
Beyond the local zone: £1.00 per additional road mile, calculated on the excess return distance, with a £5.00 minimum travel charge where an excess applies.
Journeys over 25 road miles or around 45 minutes each way are quoted individually before booking. Parking, tolls or similar unavoidable site-access costs are charged at cost only where disclosed and agreed beforehand.
