BearCare Subscription Terms
Working launch terms for BearCare home subscriptions.

Monthly Direct Debit
BearCare is billed monthly through GoCardless. The 1st is the default preferred collection day; customers may choose a day from 1 to 28. Banking and mandate timings can move the actual collection date.
Initial minimum
The working launch default is a three-month initial minimum term, followed by monthly rolling service. This must be clearly shown before signup and remains subject to final legal review.
Benefits
Benefits only apply while the live BearCare subscription is eligible. An active Direct Debit mandate by itself does not preserve discounts.
Failed payment
A failed payment is highlighted in BearOS and notified by email. A short grace period may apply. A retriable payment may be retried; customers will be told about the retry through the applicable service/payment notifications.
Cancellation
Cancellation may be requested during an initial minimum term and takes effect in line with the accepted term. After the initial minimum, service is monthly rolling. Material policy or price changes that disadvantage the customer will provide a genuine penalty-free exit route.
