Booking confirmation
A booking is not confirmed until MrBearIT confirms the appointment, scope or charging basis.
Starting during a cancellation period
Where consumer cancellation rights apply and you want work to start before that period ends, BearOS records your express request. If you later cancel after requested work has begun, charges may be due for the service already supplied, subject to applicable consumer law.
Appointment changes
Tell us as soon as possible if you need to move or cancel a visit. Any late-cancellation or no-show charge must be disclosed, reasonable and linked to the lost visit/cost rather than used as a punishment.
Additional work
A change in scope or price is not treated as automatically approved. We ask before extra paid work is supplied.
